# DarkSquares

DarkSquares helps chess players develop visualization and board memory through structured exercises. Training is organized as a progression: players start by recognizing square colors and coordinates, then learn piece movement without the board, then work on visualization, puzzles, and position memory, and finally play full games blindfolded against an AI.

Registered free accounts get unlimited exercises and games on the free blindfold levels (voice-controlled games are limited to 1 per day; anonymous visitors are capped at 1 exercise and 1 game per day). Pro Lifetime, a one-time purchase of EUR 39 on the web, unlocks all 7 blindfold levels, the strongest AI difficulty levels, famous games, and endgame drills. There is no subscription.
