The one thing we ask is that you flag the partnership, which the law requires anyway. The full terms spell out what counts, what does not, and when you get paid.
One gap worth knowing before you sign: an install or an in-app purchase tells us nothing about who came from where, because Apple and Google never pass that on. Such a purchase is credited to nobody, unless the account making it was already attributed to you. It is the reason your code exists.
